1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit to StartHub Asia (“we”, “us”), Room 3, 10/F, Kwan Chart Tower, 6 Tonnochy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. By using the site or submitting a form you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
3. Enquiries, proposals and quotes
Information on this site — including packages, indicative pricing and timelines — is for general guidance and is not a binding offer. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A binding engagement only arises when both parties sign a proposal, statement of work or service agreement, which will prevail over these terms in the event of a conflict. Pricing shown in USD excludes taxes, third-party licences and platform fees unless stated.
4. Your content and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials and information you send us. You confirm you have the right to share them. We treat non-public business information you provide as confidential and use it only to assess and deliver your project; an NDA is available on request.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, logos and software — belongs to StartHub Asia or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is set out in the applicable engagement agreement; our standard position is full transfer of project IP on final payment.
6. Third-party services and links
The site references and links to third-party platforms and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
7. AI-related services
Where our services involve AI models, outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied on. We do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or medical advice.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Personal data you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and the content of this website at any time. The “last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the change.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
