How is this different from a company ChatGPT account?
A public account still sends your material to someone else's infrastructure under their terms. This runs on hardware you control, can operate with no internet connection at all, and keeps a complete audit trail of who asked what and which documents were used.
Is our data ever used to train models?
No. The models are hosted locally and are never updated with your content unless you explicitly ask us to tune one for you — in which case that tuned model stays yours and stays inside your environment.
What hardware does the appliance use?
We supply BFSI-grade hardware through a specialist infrastructure partner, sized to your workload and delivered pre-configured. We will walk your IT team through the exact specification during scoping.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the tier, your data volume and how many workspaces you need. We quote a fixed build cost plus a monthly managed-service fee after a short assessment — request a quote and we will scope it with you.
Do we need to hire AI staff to run it?
No. Our Private AI Deployment & Managed AI service covers monitoring, updates, new workspaces and support, so your existing team only has to use the system.
